Samsung Galaxy S8 is the best phone in the affordable Android phone range from Samsung. The best features of the phone are attributed to its durability, superior quality, great visual appeal and unique productivity. Rumours hold that Galaxy S8 will also come in two variants – Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge.

The new smartphone from Galaxy S series is likely to have 4K display along with having virtual reality features of premium class of Galaxy S8 Edge. Other than these, we expect to see eye sensing technology, faster processor and enhanced Android Pay interface too, in this amazing handset.

When we look at the previous Galaxy phones launch dates, we find a trend that they have been launched in months of February or March every year. Hence we can predict Galaxy S8 also to be released in February or March 2017 and then 2-4 weeks later in shops for sale.

There are rumours that Galaxy S8 is going to be the first phone to have 5G connectivity. Other features like 4200 mAh battery, 30 MP rear camera, 9 MP front camera, and dual micro SD cards expandability along with 64 GB and 128 GB internal and expandable memories respectively are also expected. It may come in black, blue, gold and white colours. You can have features like Android Auto (for running music in auto, cars, trucks etc. directly from phone) and Android Pay (similar to Samsung Pay).

As far as the prices are concerned, nothing official is released yet but you can expect them to be competitively priced. The Galaxy S8 might cost close to USD 300 and S8 Edge is expected to cost close to USD 350. Samsung may release the phone soon in a press conference.
