The road map for alleged roll out for Samsung’s Marshmallow update for all its flagship phones has recently been leaked. Though Samsung has maintained a strict silence about the probable update date for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the leaked report makes it clear that these two phones are next in line.
Besides Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, the company plans to extend this upgrade to its other previous models like Samsung S5 and Note 4. One interesting addition to this list is the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, which is generally regarded as the pioneer handset behind the aluminium revolution in the company.
Last year flagship models like Samsung S6 and S6 Edge would be the first ones to get the update in a few weeks’ time. Next in line would be flagship models from 2015. As far as tabs and other mobile phone models are concerned, the update most probably would reach them by the end of May or June 2016.
This report is not officially published by Samsung, but if the history of such reports is to be considered then there is considerable reason to hold them valid.
